<OperatorAction>
<DescriptionText><text>
An unload of the media has failed. Select RESUME from the workstation
dialog box. If this does not work, select CANCEL IMAGE from the workstation
dialog box. You may need to open the proofer and remove the media if it
isn't ejected from the proofer on it's own. If this problem recurs
frequently contact Creo service.

<ServiceInformation>
<DescriptionText><text>
Determine if the media is being dropped during the unload or if the sensor
is not working. Under normal operation, the media should stop just before
the sensor, and jog out over the sensor until the media is detected, and
then eject the media at high speed. If the media is present over the sensor
then the sensor is probably not working. Check the sensor alignment and
cabling, and the TEE board. This sensor is analog and detects the presence
of the media during an unload by measuring reflectivity. You can read the
sensor using the proof command and should see it jump by at least 300 when
media is present on the unload ramp over the sensor.

<ServiceInformation>
<DescriptionText><text>
The sensors can be over-ridden using the "alproof si" parameter. This will
allow the machine to operate, but in a much slower and more dangerous
manner. In this state, the machine should only be used if absolutely
necessary and if it will be fixed very soon. When the sensors are disabled,
the machine is running "blind", so it could incur additional damage if
used.  Use extreme caution.

</ServiceInformation>
<Cause>
Media is not being detected on the unload ramp. Either the media is not
there (because it has been dropped before this step in the unload procedure)
or the unlaod sensor is not working.
